| Remove Protective Film from all Adhesive Pads on Frames, Pad Holder and Mirror | Right Frame: Position Right Panel on Monitor. Press Firmly on Frame around Adhesive Pads. | Middle Frame: Slide Middle (Photo) Frame onto Right Panel | Left Frame: Slide Left Panel into Middle Frame. Press Firmly on Frame around Adhesive Pads. |

| Pad Holder: Carefully Position Pad Holder and Press Firmly onto Frame |
Mirror: Carefully Position Mirror and Press Firmly onto Frame. Remove Protective Film from Front of Mirror.

Photos: Remove Protective Film from Both Sides of Clear Cover Sheet. Insert Photos, Matte and then Clear Cover Sheet. | Sticky Notes and Pen: Remove Bottom Sheet of Sticky Pad and Place on Pad Holder. Add Pen to Holder. |
